Transport of 4 LNG storage tanks carried out from the Port of Avilés to the Port of Algeciras

Altius has successfully carried out, for our customer Técnicas Reunidas, the transport of 4 LNG storage tanks manufactured by Idesa. The transport took place from Port of Aviles to Port of Algeciras (Terminal Los Barrios).

Each structure had a weight of 280 tons and 56 meters of length.

All operations were completed without incident despite persistent swell at destination.

Another heavy lift project safely delivered by Altius.

Altius ha realizado con éxito, para nuestro cliente Técnicas Reunidas , el transporte de 4 tanques de almacenamiento LNG, fabricadas por IDESA.

La carga fue recogida en el puerto de Avilés y transportada hasta el puerto de Algeciras (Terminal Los Barrios).

Cada estructura tenía un peso de 280 toneladas y 56 metros de longitud.

Todas la operaciones se completaron sin incidentes a pesar del mar de fondo que se encontró en destino, concluyendo así otro gran proyecto de carga pesada.
